Recommendations for liquid/soft food diet?

As it says, I’m looking to collect different recipes for a liquid and soft food diet. I’ll be cooking for a relative who’s going through a major surgery and they’ll be heavily restricted on what they can eat for the rest of the year.

We’ve scoured through websites and cookbooks and have found a few soft food recipes, but it’s been surprisingly difficult to find some that are truly liquid.

The biggest thing we’re looking for is nutrition and anything substantial. Smoothies are good and all, but not a cure-all. Any tips that help with protein, essential vitamins, iron, etc. intake would be greatly appreciated.

Propagation tips?

I’ve had my orchid for a few years and she recently began branching out. There has been no change in light (indirect) or watering (≈1x week) and she had been perfectly fine with those. I’m not terribly worried about the change since I don’t see any other signs of illness, rot, pests, or anything, but I’m looking for tips on if I can propagate it.

Seriously, any help is appreciated. I’ve tried 10+ propagations with different plants through different methods and mediums over the years and have had no luck. And this is including two types of pothos. Explain it like I’m 5 if you must. A green thumb apparently only goes so far.
