Looking for my first high-end open-back (~$1000). Loved the Moondrop Meteor and Kiwi Ears Orchestra II. Is the Arya Organic the right choice?

Hey everyone!

I'm looking to buy my first serious open-back headphones, and after a lot of research, the HiFiMAN Arya Organic is currently at the top of my list. However, I've never owned an open-back before, so I'm looking for opinions from people who have experience with them before I spend around $1000

For some context, here are the IEMs I've owned:

Moondrop Meteor: My favorite tuning so far. I love how warm, clean, and cohesive they sound. Female vocals are incredible, but I also never feel like the instruments get lost
Kiwi Ears Orchestra II: I bought these mostly for gaming, but I ended up loving how well they separate instruments. Dense tracks feel much easier to follow than on most IEMs I've tried
Moondrop Aria 2: Nice for the price, but eventually moved on.

The music I listen to is mostly:
Hoshimachi Suisei
Midnight Grand Orchestra
Nightcord at 25
Chopin
Liszt
Rachmaninoff

One thing I'd like to clarify is that I'm not looking for "the singer only”

What I love is when the entire arrangement comes together. I want the vocals to stay clear and present, but I also want to hear every layer of the production. I don't want the vocals pushed so far forward that the mix becomes secondary, nor do I want the instruments to overshadow the vocals.

Another concern I have is durability.
Years ago I owned both a Razer headset and a Logitech G Pro X, and in both cases the yokes eventually snapped under normal use. Since then I've mostly switched to IEMs, so I'm a little hesitant to spend this much on a headphone if the mechanical durability isn't there.

So I guess my questions are:
Does the Arya Organic sound like the right direction based on what I enjoy?
Is there another open-back around this price that you'd recommend instead?
How has the long-term durability of the Arya been for those of you who've owned one?
I'm not really interested in buying a cheaper open-back "just to try the format." I'd rather save longer and buy something that I can keep for many years if it's the right fit.
