Catalyst 3650/3850 IOS-XE 16.12.15 silently pulled from CCO?

I have some legacy Catalyst 3650 and 3850 switches that I don't see any reason to replace currently other than they are EoL. Cisco released IOS-XE 16.12.15 back in April 2026 and I've upgraded the ones we have and these have been running solidly without issues. When I last checked this was a 'Gold Star' release.

I noticed yesterday that this release is no longer available and 16.12.14 is the latest. I'm guessing a vulnerability was uncovered (probably in the WEB server again...) and this release was silently pulled.

Anyone know if its likely to be replaced (16.12.16?) or are Cisco just holding on to 31st October when EoS(upport) kicks in.

Conflicting apps and ideal setup

I have a Pixel 10 and a Xiomi MiBand 6. I use the 3rd party app 'Notify and Fitness for MiBand' as the interface to the MiBand 6. This writes data to Google Health Connect via a middleware app 'Simple Heath'. This sends steps, sleep, heart, weight, stress, SpO2 and workouts to Health Connect. I have exclusively used Google Fit to track workouts (walking and cycling).

Now that Google Health is replacing Google Fit I think I need so stop using some of these other apps. I have inconsistent data logged in Google Fit and Google Health but as I understand it they are both using the same back end data (Health Connect). I have got hold of a FitBit Inspire HR to replace the Xiomi MiBand 6 so I think I can remove the Notify and Fitness and Simple Health apps. I've paused them currently if this doesn't work out and I go back to the MiBand 6.

What should the ideal setup be - just the Google Health app and the FitBit Inspire HR?

Currently any cycling or walking workouts via Google Health are problematic - yesterday cycle tracking stopped half way into the ride. This was complete from a map perspective in Google Fit but the distance was way off (3 miles as opposed to about 15 actual miles). Google Health also only shows the map during the workout and at the end, but once stopped the map disappears.

The Google Health app is still 5.03 so I'm waiting for the update to 5.04 which 'might' fix some of these anomalies.

What Fitbit is this?

I found this on a dog walk a few weeks ago. Posted it on local social media and nobody has claimed it. I have no idea whether it works, nor what model it is. Just wondering whether it's worth getting a charger to see if it works.

Map shows during workout and at the end of workout but doesn't show after

I've tested this a couple of times now. If I click 'Start' on the new Health App, then select walking or cycling the map is displayed during the workout and at the end when I stop the workout. If I then go back and then look at the historical workouts the map is missing. I still have Google Fit installed. If Google Fit syncs I can see the workout and the map is there. The distance is completely wrong in Google Fit (like a third or less of the actual distance), but the map is there and looks accurate.

Is this just teething issues with the new app or am I missing something. Because both apps use the back end Heath Hub (Health Connect) to store and retrieve the data, I thought they should all be consistent. At the moment I can see an accurate distance recorded in Google Health (FItBit) but no map after the event. Google Fit shows an accurate map but with a much shorter distance covered. They are both pulling the data from the same source.

Recently installed Fitbit but now Google Fit data is inaccurate

This might be coincidental. I don't have a Fitbit device. I have a Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 6 and use the Notify & Fitness app to sync data via the middleware Simple Health App to Google Health Connect. This has worked OK for a couple of years. With the impending demise of Google Fit and the transfer to Google Health (aka FitBit) I installed Fitbit.

Since then my cycle workouts are about a third of the distance they should be. In Google Fit I do the usual 'Track workout' and select cycling and then when I've finished I stop the workout. The Google Fit journal shows an accurate map of the cycle ride, but the miles recorded is much less. For example I cycled on Wednesday evening about 12-miles - a route I have done several times - and Google Fit is showing it as 4.33-miles. Fitbit shows a workout on the same day - cycling and 4.33-miles, so its pulling the same data from Health Connect.

Google Maps timeline shows 'Cycling 12-miles', so something is wrong with Google Fit, Health Connect or possibly Fitbit doing something as that's the only change that I've made.

Any ideas as to what's happening?
