Flipkart/Jeeves not resolving faulty Godrej AC cooling issue after purchase
I recently bought a Godrej AC from Flipkart, and within a few days it started having cooling issues.
When I contacted Godrej support, they told me that for the first 3 months, service is handled by Jeeves/Flipkart. I also have a denial letter from Godrej that i have already shared with flipkart.
I’ve been following up with Flipkart and Jeeves repeatedly, but they keep saying “the issue will be resolved” without actually fixing the problem.
I have the invoice, service records, screenshots, and the Godrej letter.
I don't know what to do.
Would appreciate any advice on how to proceed from here. Also if anyone has filed complaint for related cases please share your experience if they are helpful or not. It will be of great help. 🙏
