Don't loose the kitty!

I will have to say that Lumo 2.0 is a huge improvement from what I've tried so far. But previously one of my favorite things was the cat avatar and in general the overall Lumo branding which I think has been spot on.

The new amorphous gradient blob background really screams "I'm an evil AI company and will happily Skynet everything you love" and seems like a real step backwards branding-wise.

Why are Lumo's links always broken?

In theory I like Lumo and would like to use it more often. But I that when it provides me with links they are often broken. This makes it a lot harder to trust the information I'm getting from Lumo because I can't even verify it from the provided sources. Has anyone else had this experience?

Discussion about tailwindcss language server

Thought I'd share this here in case anyone else here wants to participate:

> I don't use Tailwind CSS in my projects. I understand why people like it, but I personally avoid the approach and would only use it if absolutely required. Despite this, Zed starts tailwindcss-language-server automatically for many file types, and I've found it surprisingly difficult to disable globally.

> This feels like having a React-specific LSP enabled by default for all JavaScript files — it's an obtrusive, opinionated default that assumes the user's stack.

Which harness do you use most with Zed

I appreciate the many options Zed provides for using different harnesses for agentic coding. But it's almost too many options, I have a hard time settling on one so I'm curious what other people are doing.

Currently I have a Claude Pro sub (paid for a year a while back) as well as OpenCode Go/Zen (to try other models), so I've been focusing on workflows that are compatible with that.

So far I've tried:

- Claude Code via ACP*
- OpenCode via ACP
- Claude Code via Terminal Thread
- OpenCode via Terminal Thread
- pi via Terminal Thread
- Zed Agent (free Zed account but connected to my OpenCode Go/Zen accounts)

Right now I tend to revert back to terminal threads, but every now and then I go back to the ACP agent to try it out again. While in theory I like how ACP can more closely integrate to the IDE (esp with Zed Agent), I just feel more in control when I'm using the TUI tools.

Which do you prefer and why?

* although this option is going away soon :(

I've seen this mentioned a bit here in other posts, but I'm just wondering how people manage .env files in their worktrees right now?

I am new to Zed so don't know if there are maybe some configuration options that might make this part a bit smoother.
