Do either of these powder highlighters contain even the faintest evidence of sparkle? Me no likey sparkle—even if it barely shows up—just a pearly sheen. Which is more finely milled/buttery?

For those looking for a ‘CONE-free, CHEMICAL SUNSCREEN-free skin tint with a good shade range, here are some worthy options

I scanned the ingredients lists of every skin tint available at Sephora & the vast majority are FULL of ‘CONES!!!Following are some that are blessedly ‘cone-free (& have a good shade range to boot). All on this list are also chemical sunscreen-free (not all contain sunscreen, but if they do, it’s MINERAL—not CHEMICAL):
