Been granted Special Consideration Exam, unlikelihood of sit.

So I have been granted a Special Consideration exam on the 10th of July this week. However, I am unlikely to be able to sit the exam on that date as I have a hospital visit and at the time of writing and unsure about my health condition to fly.

Is there a likelihood I could request to push this date back? Or even request another date for the special consideration rescheduled exam?

Anyone in the know?

Admitted into ICU at a hospital during STUVAC

I was admitted into a hospital Intensive Care Unit (ICU) suffering a major condition which required me to be in hospital from 29th of May through to the 8th of June. I am applying for special consideration as I believe this would impact my exam performance for an exam on the 16th of June.

Having applied for special consideration in the past (totally different circustmances) and been granted, Id like to know for anyone in the know what my chances are of getting a special consideration for something beyond my control and required me to be in hospital for that time frame.

They offered to pay me $20/hour to start off with to work as a newbie. For a bit of context I am An Australian citizen, 41 years old and they offered me a trial shift. The name of the business is 'Epic Kebab House'. Now I worked 1 hour there, where they didn't pay me.

is this legal and is it right to be underpaying staff this rate? Should I report this to Fair Work Ombudsman? For a bit of context there was a fellow worked from Nepal working there- where I didn't go or follow up too many details on him.
