Looking for tour guide/agency

I am looking to visit Cambodia for 7-8 days in October and interested in a company or guide to help with planning logistics and activities in each stop (Phnom Penh, Siem Reap / Angkor Wat, maybe a third stop).

I know this can be done on our own, but my friend and I are busy and it would be better to have someone help us plan and get around, and mix tourist hot spots with more local / cultural experiences.

If you have personally used a travel company or guide in this way and recommend them, please let me know. Thanks!

4 Days in Phnom Penh

We're in the early stages of planning, but my friends and I just booked a trip with 4 days in Phnom Penh, but I'm seeing that 2 days is enough to do everything. I think we would be willing to do a day trip on Day 3 and/or 4 since my flight on Day 4 is at 11:30 pm. Are there other areas that are easy enough to travel to that has more to do or see? Or do you have any suggestions to fill our time in Phnom Penh, any hidden gems? We haven't booked any lodging yet, so we're open to suggestions too, if it makes the day trips easier. Would also appreciate lunch and dinner suggestions!

My current list for Phnom Penh includes:

  • Khmer Rouge Killing Fields
  • S-21 Prison
  • Royal Palace
  • Ride on a riverboat

Editing to include items from replies, with approx. distance from PP:

  • Phnom Tamao Wildlife Rescue Center (40 km)
  • Tonle Bati (35 km) - Angkorean-era temples and a big lake
  • Phnom Chisor (60 km) - more elaborate Angkorean-era temple on a hill with great views
  • Phnom Oudong (40 km) - emples and stupas on the hills
  • Village quad bike tour (next to Killing Fields)
  • Silk Island/Koh Dach (20 km) - locally-made silk items, take ferry
  • Basaac Lane in Phnom Penh - food and drink
  • Sosoro Museum (city center) - museum of economy and money
  • Kien Svay (25 km) - relaxing getaway, can rent riverside huts
  • Kirirom National Park (75 km)
  • Sabay Beach (150 km) - riverside resort

Might book a tour for the Killing Fields and S-21 Prison, but I'm interested in booking other experiences, like a cooking class or other sort of tour maybe? Would appreciate any and all recommendations!

Looking for a minibus with a driver for a 2-4 day trip from Phnom Penh

As a family, we would like to take a 2- to 4-day trip from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville and Kampot, and we'd like to rent a minibus with a driver (10-15 seats) for it. Which reliable providers can we book this through? And what kind of costs should we expect? $100-$150 per day!?
