I have a SPNM62CF Pinnacle 2.2 (provided by Community Fibre in the UK). I have a 2.5Gbps package, I get 2.3Gbps if I plug in my ethernet cable straight into the ONT but when I speed test a wired connection (to the 10Gbps port) the result is 1.9Gbps download and 2.3Gbps upload. CF has already replaced the router twice but the problem persists. We have tested different cables, I even purchased brand new CAT 8 cables but nothing changed. Any ideas?
