Good or bad worms

We added 3 new shrimps, christmas moss and a ramshorn snail to my 3 gallon tank and today we noticed little worms. I did have to kick up the sand when atta hing the christmas moss. Are these good or bad

New shrimp swimming weird?

We got 4 new shrimp today. Drip acclimated for over and hour. We put them in the tank and now 1 of them seems to like swimming to the top and then floating down and then doing it again. Not obsessively but pretty often. Is this normal?

Dying shrimp????

Ive had then a few weeks. Water is a little hard and ph high but topped off with distilled water last night and everyone else is doing well. Water parameters improved with ph, nitrates and hardness going down a little but not so much as to shock the tank. I have 5 shrimp currently and one is eggnant. Could it be a fluke death?

Hard Tap Water what to do

Hello,

I jlhave a 3 gallon shrimp tank a little over a month old. Currently five shrimp and a soon to be rehomed netrile snail. One shrimp is very eggnant. My general tap water seems to be very hard and the pH and nitrates are high. Im adding frog bit and water wisteria later today which will help with the nitrates but what can I do for the hardness. I topped off the evaporation yesterday with distilled water. I read that mixing distilled with tap water during water changes will help. Anything else?

Edit: my boyfriend just let me know I have a second eggnant shrim so they must be happy

Do I have too much going on?

Do I have 5 shrimp and a netrite in a 3 gallon tank. Do I have too much stuff. Im adding water wisteria in the back left and frog bit for float foraging. The squash will be removed in a few hours.

Edit: the snail will be given away to someone with a much larger tank
