Hey guys, After seeing the re-interview emails and some recent progress, do you think there is any chance the government will resume routine I-130 approvals, which reportedly stopped on January 21 following the pause? It seems that people who filed demand letters and Writs of Mandamus (WOM) are receiving approvals, but what about applicants waiting through normal processing? Is there any chance routine approvals will resume soon, or should we prepare ourselves to wait another one or two years? My priority date is April 15, 2025. When can I realistically expect my approval? The uncertainty and prolonged separation from my husband are becoming extremely stressful. I would really appreciate hearing your thoughts and any upda🙏
