Who I am: 30-something female (she/they) who works as a plant geneticist. I work remote, so I am usually at home Mondays-Fridays during work hours, unless I’m working in a coworking space/cafe, or traveling for work/fun (every ~2 months). I'm pretty active in my spare time (i.e., not home). I love to cook – that will be evident when you see the apartment in person. I also enjoy art (photography, music, cinema), gardening, and spending time with my friends. Keeping the apartment clean, communicating openly, and just general good roommate stuff, is important to me.
Who you are: Kind, responsible, clean, considerate, communicative, etc. Complementary living habits, e.g., don't have a lot of main-living-area-furniture-things. Nice to haves, but not necessary: you can hang (i.e., board games, watching a show together, etc.), you’re down to sample my homemade bread and desserts, you want to join the occasional pizza or kbbq party (I have a pizza oven and grill; I'm thinking of doing a homemade ice cream party next tho), we get along enough to share meals together when it suits us. :)

The room is available July 1st, and I'm looking for someone to join the year-long lease with me (07/01/26-06/30/27 with option to renew). Landlord will require a standard background check application if we decide to proceed.
In order to get the process started, I ask that you fill out the google form. (link above)
Assuming all works out, I'll get in contact with you, and we can set up a time for you to come check out the apartment. Looking forward to meeting you!
