If you don't know, Rockstar did the scouting for GTA 6 from 2015-2018, and considering the game is releasing in 2026, that's a big gap, during which quite a few buildings present in the game were demolished, so here are 3 examples.

1st Image: Economy Inn, 23750 US-301, Lawtey, FL 32058, USA.

On May 20th 2021, a guest in the motel set fire inside a room, the fire quickly spread throughout the building, and although the fire department was able to put out the fire, the building was declared a total loss and was later demolished.

2nd Image: 205 E San Marino Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA.

It was demolished in July 2022, from what I've found, it was demolished so a new project could take its place.

3rd image: Sebring Water Tower, Ethiopia Blvd, Sebring, FL 33875, USA.

It was demolished in May 2025, it had been out of service for 3 years and was deemed unnecessary and too expensive to maintain, despite its status as a prominent landmark on U.S. 27.
