We’re a newly launched wedding coordination team looking to take on 2-3 intimate weddings for 2026 for portfolio building under a special introductory rate (budget rate only) for On-the-Day Coordination.

While this is our official launch as a team, we already have experience in events and coordination in different capacities. A little about me: I come from a corporate background involving team management, accounting, operations, and company event preparation. I also have experience in contract review and handling agreements, which I believe is helpful when coordinating with suppliers, reviewing details, and keeping everything organized.

The rest of our team has also assisted in local and family events, with backgrounds in hospitality and hotel management.

Our goal is simple: to help couples feel calm, supported, and fully present on their wedding day while we handle the behind-the-scenes flow.
