Polish Canadian Heritage Day in Alberta is coming up June 13 and 14, with events taking place in Calgary. This year’s events focus on Poland’s Solidarity movement, the 1980s immigration wave and Polish Canadian heritage in Alberta.
I’d love to speak with someone local who is planning to attend, has family history connected to that period, or would be willing to talk about what Polish Canadian heritage means to them or their family.
