Why do I care so much about what other people think?
I always thought I was just raised a people pleaser, but now I’m wondering if it has to do with my chart. It’s exhausting, I am over the moon for the rest of the day when I receive a single compliment, but a negative encounter or comment ruins my entire day. Any insight you might have, related or not to people pleasing is appreciated <3
