I am considering a tummy tuck and muscle repair. I’m self conscious about my stretched skin. I am already slim and work out 4 time a week. It’s getting me down that my stomach looks the way it does. I’m away to be 48 is this too old to get one. Also did anyone have one with a small amount of lose skin so

Anyone that got a tummy tuck and muscle repair, did it help with your lower back pain? I’m considering it. Seen the consultant but he obviously can’t guarantee that it would help with my back pain. I have a 4cm gap and work out 4 times a week. I recently slipped a disc in my back as I can engage my core properly. I don’t have that much loose skin as I’m quite slim but would really like to have strong abs. I’ve had 3 c sections and he has mentioned that I would probably need a small vertical scar as well. Thought plz x
