How do I commute from UST to Ayala Malls Makati quickly without taking the train?

How do I get from UST to Ayala Malls quickly and without taking a train? TYIA!

I recently came back to the game after stopping since the Spiderman Far From Home update. I logged back into my old account and I have made serious progress. But I seem to have made a lot of mistakes in choosing which uniforms and agents are meta. For example, I bought the Titan Hulk uniform 1 day before they announced the Spiderman BND update and I feel like I wasted buying the uniform.

Now, since I'm a F2P player, I don't really have a quick way to get crystals. Do I just start a new account with the knowledge I have, or do I just suck it up and wait until I can get more crystals for uniforms?
