Mercedes benz is offering me a 2026 C300 for $772/month for 48 months with $1k down. Is that a good deal? Or is it like okay?

I’m trading in my 2019 C300 and my payoff is around $12,800 - they’re willing to give me $8k for the car so the negative equity is included in the payments
