Home health job, but they do not pay for gas mileage?

$49 a session, but they do not pay for gas mileage and they said they would try to keep as close to my home as possible and do daycares for me.

Would you take it? Or what should I negotiate?

Trying to work in schools again. My contract was ended with no reason stated. Can I still work in schools?

Applying for schools directly this time and there are questions about contracts ending and asking to state the reason why.

Is this for more serious things? It says it will look through my past school working history.
