Generally curious - what does 'cultivated' mean to you / your sites?

So I'm genuinely curious. Where you are, what does cultivated mean?

I think there's been a shift in our sites beliefs - I'm on a full size plot, 25% of which is a long standing orchard, 25% of which is fruit bushes, a large greenhouse, etc

I've recently been warned I might not hit the 50% cultivated by the end of May rule. But in previous years, due to all the long-standing plants, all I've had to do is plant out my greenhouse, and it's hit it. I've planted out my greenhouse with the exception of the Okra and Aubergines, which are still seedlings....

However, my raised beds are currently empty, and there's an area at the front that still needs digging over (maybe... 5% of my total area), and I've been told by email that if that isn't dug over, I'm not going to hit 50%.

Anyone got any ideas / experienced similar / got examples of what cultivated means on their site? I'm genuinely just curious, I've already raised it with them via email, but I'm curious what others thought!
