Frontier landline question.
Sorry to be a bother but I'm at the point something has to change and I'm hoping someone here can clarify things for me.
I contacted Frontier and they said they only offer Digital Phone State with Essentials which is $34.99 and then after charges, surcharges, taxes, etc tops out over $75. The thing is, I had been told elsewhere that Frontier is supposed to have other plans in WV. Such as Thrifty, Community, and Frequent. Has Frontier done away with these or am I just getting people following the main script and not the WV one?
I can't go mobile or internet/Optimum because I live in a dead zone (which everyone argues about when I use it as justification) and need a landline back-up. Power goes off 5 hours and cable/internet goes down but a landline works. I use the internet for back-up/emergency when Frontier messes up (as it often does). Health dictates I have a way to contact someone for help, thus keeping things separate.
Any information or suggestions are appreciated.
