I know this sub is big on Burgundy and burgers, and any sane person likes Champagne and fried chicken. Got any favorites we might not have heard? Or specific fast food places, specific wines to pair, etc.

Personally, I have a thing for Sauvignon Blanc and Chick-Fil-A, especially New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, but any medium-high acidity SB will do. Obviously it goes well with the fried chicken and buttery bun, but strangely the pickle seems to bring the whole thing together.
