Head thrashing?

Hi! I just got this little guy a few weeks ago at a reptile expo. He's just over two months old, and he's my first snake. I have no idea if this movement is normal, I can't seem to find anything about it? Google says it could just be that he's a baby and he's curious, but the one similar video I've seen was a corn snake sliding around on it's back and it was something to do with humidity levels.

I have his tank (40 gal split in half, currently set up as a 20 gal) set to be 82° f during the day and 72° f at night. Humidity fluctuates from 40% to 70%. He has acted like this since I first brought him home, was even doing the head thrashing and rubbing his face against the container on the drive home from the expo.

Please help!! Let me know if I'm just being paranoid and he's a baby or if I'm doing something wrong or if he needs to see a vet!
