Article: WontSitYoung is the Dark Side of kPoop, explained.

written by: Sana's 17282th lebanese wife
From: Lily's Basement

How it all started:

This story unfortunately did not start with WontBendYoung. But rather her nugu predecessor Yoooooooo yeon(g)jeong.

She used her mysterious siren dark magic to convince Stars**t to publicise her. Not as a rookie trainee or even debut as a soloist. But as a contestant in a totally not rigged programme called Produce, LOL. She hypnotised the showrunners and judges, and manipulated show scores to favour her, getting her into LOL.

After four months, she left LOL. Mentioned that Somi did not look Korean enough. Mentioned Sejeong was acting too royally messed up like her name, and worst of all? Posted that rumour that Sohye was the original dozen, after she ate a whole dozen of krispy kreme after dance practice of PICK ME, and cried that it was not krispy.

But Yooooooo Yeon(g)jung wanted spotlight. It fueled her siren powers so she craved the source that powered her dark magic. Eventually she hypnotised starsht to debut her in an already debuting group called We Just Sold Nothing. She crafted her debut to her liking. Changing her debut music video Secret, where she made herself that cosmic secret. (which would predict cake Hags' 2024 release of the same name). But alas, for a few years, she could not hypnotise well, and saw a child across a training room in starsht. A 13 year old girl.

She did not wanted to know this young girl's name, because obviously, why would yoooo yeon(g)jung want to know the name of a mere 13 year old, alongside another kid who was supposedly from Daejeon, North Korea(?). She used that 13 year old kid, and transferred her siren powers, and developed charm and charisma powers to eventually pose a bigger bad for Produce the Iz*Gone.

As luck would have it, WontDanceYoung went on the show, and seduced the show mentor with just a wink, just like how her senior Yoooo yeon(g)jung instructed her. WontSingYoung became the industry plant that was aimed.

But WontWinkYoung became a household name in IzGone more than Yoooo Yeon(g)jung became in either LOL or We Just Sold Nothing. This made Yooo Yeon(g)jung to curse WontWalkYoung with the mighty Panorama walk curse, Something heavily discussed amongst poopy-zens.

But, WontRiseYoung became ICONIC by MISTAKE, and created backup dancers of her own. With the girl from Daejeon, North Korea earlier mentioned, with a few mix ins like Queen Elizabeth, Gary, Diveuuuu and Reicist, she created a superbad group. A group that people called MONSTER (rookies). They used their debut to plant the idea of six-seven, in what would grow as The Great JYPNation's first black mark. A meme by WontApologiseYoung.

But what WontAppreciateYoung did not know is Yooo Yeon(g)jeong's Siren Energy is corrupting her heart. Which caused a BLUE HEART, and a BLUE BLOOD, which made her do all sorts of nasty things like seducing EVAN from Enhy- THE SOLOIST, kicking Flop2Flop's Yeon in the World Cup Finals and openly turning her face away so no one sees her dark side!

Chin 🪿, this is an inside scoop done for the people, by the people. We deserve to know the truth of the shady KPoop side. And as of now, we will be waiting for a response from Starsht, Yooo Yeon(g)jung and WontCryYoung.

Thank you for reading this individualistic Op-Ed on the dark side of WontGraceYoung.

EDIT: On the ground reporters got back with this findings, for your view: I didn’t see it in the story, so you should add the part where wonthagforeveryoung ate a trainee (Correspondant did not state further). And also how she drinks baby blood to maintain her youth. But since she’s a benevolent queen she only takes a little from each baby so it doesn’t hurt them. Only enough to stunt them so they won’t grow as tall and beautiful as her. We thank user u/no_ad_8005 (SlaYP's Backup dancer) for your on the ground reporting for JYPnation.

Unfair company ethics?

I'm not sure if this is a valid story to explain here as this happens in...the office? 😬

I'm a young recruiter who was hired by a fairly okay recruiting firm. Glassdoor reviews were horrible and lashing out at unreasonable medical leave criteria and such, but I still applied because I was guaranteed sponsorship of diploma studies in full (cheap thrills for a young fresh grad if you can call it)

I have to set a pretty confusing context before I explain about why the title was worded like that:

During a mass interview, I was told I received a conditional offer into the company. Pass qualifications of being a recruiter (because there were strict employment laws governing certain recruitment practices) and I'll be reimbursed the booking fees (minus taxes) 1 year after employment with the company. I did not pass it the first time (and based on some reddit threads I saw, you're godsent if you even pass it the first time) but was still asked to report to work on as per the orientation emails sent to me.

Now back to what happened:

As luck would have it, about 8 others (out of the 12 new hires that month) have not passed this qualification were initially told we can resit for the examination when our first pay check hits (reason being: we were broke fresh grads. We depended on the pay to fund the booking fees, and it's not pocket friendly for us either. Oh and, since those who failed for the first time, we had to sit through a mandatory course and then only resit for an examination 3 working days after end of course to validate eligibility).

Since I did had some emergency savings from working too many delivery jobs the previous months, I had funded for the course early, and attended it so that I can wait for the first pay check for the examination booking fees itself.

The first month was okay. Getting workload that did not breach governing laws. Then came the start of the following month. HR sat us down and shared that those whom have attended the mandatory course will have to take unpaid time off the following week to focus on studies and preparing for the examination. HR cited the time spent on current workload was 'unproductive' and said that the workload we needed to take on at the time could not be delegated, all because of us not obtaining the qualifications.

Since I took the mandatory course, I was only placed on a tentative unpaid time off for a week alongside a handful others. In the middle of this said time off, notifications poured in from the other colleagues yet to get qualifications, that they have been sent home mid day by the chairman himself on unpaid time off until they can get their certification. Texts were just all "unfair!!" "this is so cruel".

Fast forward to Friday of that week (where I was told to take the examinations on), I had passed it. But not the 2 other colleagues assigned to take the test with me, whom are still on unpaid time off to retake their 4th sitting of the examination as I post this. Messages from older colleagues poured in on that day congratulating me and saying "what a shame these other colleagues are not passing this test yet on their second or third try...". I am not a fan of office politics and rather steered away from it.

Following week, during the day we were instructed to go for classes, I had arrived late and saw schooling colleagues (whom surprisingly were those whom were dismissed for unpaid time off by the chairman) highlighting this issue to the Course Manager, suggesting that the problem of 'dismissing their employees on unpaid time off for a long period' was too unfair, and that reimbursement of the qualification attained will only be given one year after start date of work, and that too only for one sitting of the examination was 'unreasonable'. They urged the Course Manager to visit the company's liaison to discuss about the 'wrongdoings'.

Forgot to add in an important note. This was a part time diploma programme that incorporates job training alongside campus lessons. So work was considered on the job training and constituted the majority portion of graduation gradings, apart from modules and assignments making up a small, but still important percentage. This is the reason why the course manager often would meet with the company liaisons to discuss about any wellbeing and job training, if it matches the course's curriculum when need be.

So I just want to ask. Would you think this is unfair?
