Hi guys! Ive been feeling really stiff recently and was looking for any tips to help my game. Ive been training a few years and want to start looking more advanced. My base is dutch kickboxing and i would love to hear any advice!

Looking for some tips with my guard placement and body kicks(even though i threw like one haha) anything else would truly be appreciated
