Is Kalshi illegal online betting?
PHS Question
The Personal History Statement asks about “Illegal gambling, including online gambling.”
I live in Washington and used Kalshi to make prediction trades on two World Cup games. At the time, I believed it was a federally regulated platform and legal.
Would you answer Yes or No to that question? Just trying to answer it honestly and accurately. Would this be disqualifying? Appreciate you all!
