Thoughts about Stellar Zero pan?
I just bought this and I'm looking to see if anyone has any more info about it.
It seems to be a brand new product - https://stellar.co.uk/zero - and they claim its 100% Uncoated and the textured surface gives it non-stick. I only tested eggs with butter so far and its very nonstick, but I'm a bit suspicious because its oven safe only up to 240C, just like any other PTFE pan, and the care instructions (pdf) say to not use abrasive cleaners or pads.
Stellar is a established brand in the UK and they offer 25 year guarantee but it does NOT cover "reduced capability of effortless food release"
The build quality is average, thin tri-ply, maybe 2mm? but with what appears to be sealed rims making it dishwasher safe.
