Remote Estimator for a startup

So I got hired as a remote estimator for a small construction company whose business is focused on shed houses. Owner is finally handing down the estimation to ME, gonna be the ONLY ESTIMATOR for his startup.

Although I have been working in estimation, it's the tendering and negotiations that scares the heck out of me.

WFH is new to me. And I am quite afraid that working for the country's building codes is gonna take huge learning.

I am excited but terrified at the same time.

Any help?
