Hi all,

I suppose you have read many posts with similar context.

I have been vacated from an appartment located at Dubai Sports City after 2 years.

Since I handed over the keys 45 days ago, the owner and the agency is not responding to my calls/messages and emails.

This owner never responded any of my emails in last two years. All conversation was through the agency.

I have already sent an email requesting to refund the security deposit to both the owner and agency but never heard back.

Is there anyway I can rais this issue other than RDC?

By the way, the amount is AED 3000.

I am not expecting them to return the full amount, but atleast they could respond to the messages.
