Is Hastings -> Berkeley even worth it?

Currently top 10 in class of 376 at UC Law SF / Hastings. Close to a full ride and can probably negotiate even more. Have a summer position at Big Law in SF. Would you transfer to Berkeley given these circumstances? Would lose scholarship and federal financial support with OBBBA changes. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Hi Jewelry Rehome friends,

Looking to part ways with some beautiful Cartier pieces from Adara Andersen.

(please read) Note on pricing: I want to be transparent that these items were purchased in 2023 before the price of gold skyrocketed. I've tried to be fair with the cost of the items as much as possible given this increase. I've also included quotes from Adara's team that showcase the current cost of the items. I've tried to be fair, but if something doesn't feel right about the pricing, please let me know so that I can accommodate. Thank you all!

Experience with NextDoorLending?

Anyone here have any experience lending with NextDoorLending? They’re offering the lowest rate I’ve seen (6.25% on 25% down), but I’m worried that the low rate means compromises elsewhere. Their closing and loan costs seem in line.

Has anyone had any experience with them and really like them?

Dumb question - exclusivity agreements

Hi all, incoming dumb q

Why do agents require a broker buyer exclusivity agreement? I know that the terms are negotiable and you can do your due diligence but it’s off putting to agree to work with only one person if you simply want to tour a place. The agent I’m considering refuses to budge on the 90 day period and 2.5% fee. Well, I guess that’s what open houses and flat fees are for but this just seems very partly one-sided in favor of brokers.

I saw another post comparing it to asking for marriage on a first date. Lol
