IMG with MBBS and 8+ Years of Experience Seeking US Healthcare Career Alternatives to USMLE/Residency

IMG with an MBBS, 8+ years of experience, and strong clinical experience in my home country, currently based in the US.

I want to remain in healthcare but am exploring career options outside the USMLE and residency pathway. What realistic roles can leverage an MBBS and prior clinical experience without requiring US residency?

I would especially appreciate insights from IMGs who have pursued alternative paths in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, public health, healthcare administration, informatics, or other healthcare-related fields.

Step 1 results. Need advice

NBME scores 29-33 ranged between 55-67 consistently. Tested 2 weeks back and did not pass, here is the result. I hurried and very quickly answered through the last full block thinking there was another block which turned out to be just a survey. I prematurely ended that full block. How much do you think that full block cost me? And how to bridge this gap?

Low NBME scores

The ones who anyways took the exam while scoring in 50%-60% on NBMEs, how did it go.
