Returning to the game after a small hiatus and I was curious

What are major loots that are secretly very valuable. Stuff that when you need them 50 hours later you are going to regret having dropped or used as gifts. Like for example stomachs with cheesemaking. Just want to make a list of high priority list loots to hoard
