I'm considering buying a group of escape rooms. Love the concept. My wife and I have played a dozen or so over the years. I have background in business, sales, management/entrepreneurship. How's the market these days? Google trends makes it look like we are 10-20% off highs from 5-8 years ago, but still solid interest. How have similar concepts like challenge rooms affected your share and are you seeing more competition eat away at your revenues? Roughly how long do you operate a room before refreshing it? Do you see VR or game show-style rooms as potentially incremental spaces or more of a distraction from being an escape room?
