Hi there, I’m considering relocating to Broadstairs, specifically the Foreland Heights area. I’ve heard rumours about occasional smells from the nearby agricultural fields. Things like muck spreading or rotting cabbage.

Hi there, I'm tempted to consider moving to Templemere. I'm in my 40s, nature lover. I quite like the estate architecture and the park, I do kayaking once in a while and the closeness of Wey and the Thames is nice.
However I also like modern things, like maxing out heating/cooling performance, solar panels (I know it is not permitted there, but I'm hoping for a low-profile one on the flat roof), good windows with the same visual parameters, maybe underfloor heating, but most importantly high speed internet. I did some research but I couldn't find any offering for a decent broadband.
Anyone has experience about what does it mean to live there? I know it is a conservational area, but that doesn't suppose to make it obsolete.

Hi all, I wanted to try out Mistral Vibe with Opencode. However when I connect to the Mistral provider, it gives me all the models (metered). With the "Vibe" subscription, some models are capped/throttled , not metered:
If I select these using the Mistral provider, I'll get a rate-limited request (set the budget to 0 for this API key)
If I use their vibe CLI with the same API key as Opencode uses, I get a proper reply.
Do I do something wrong, or the Mistral Vibe is not yet supported?
