I ordered from a store on instagram (February) 5 months ago, it was like ₹2K and I haven’t even gotten it till now. I talked to them and they keep telling me it’s shipped and it’s the logistics’ fault that I haven’t received it yet but shouldn’t they be responsible for it as a business owner? I keep asking for updates and they are so rude about it like I paid you dude! I literally had to make a Reddit acc cuz idk how to deal with them anymore. Tell me am I in the wrong here? They told me they don’t know how I miss updates but the updates were literally about new orders about to be shipped. Mine was shipped so obviously I thought it was not for me and so I texted them again. I genuinely don’t know what to do so I made a Reddit acc for help
