I mean, it makes sense that they wouldn't be there. All his dreams are precognitions, and if he had his abilities in his dreams, he'd never see the disasters play out as they do.

I just think it'd be funny, that if every time he has one, it's actually just an alternate reality, where he temporarily takes the place of a saiki that is perfectly ordinary, with no way to prevent calamity. Then, he wakes up in his own bed, with the knowledge that he can save his own timeline, while normal saiki is basically left to rot. A world without his powers, is a world without safety. I doubt regular saiki would survive very long.
