So do these purple skills activation counts toward Team Trial scores? If they do, is it worth it to just keep them instead of spending SP to get rid of them?

So, based on bullet 1. we get 1 free pull on Bamboo Memory tomorrow from when the ticket resets to when her banners end (15:00 UTC 16 Jul, 2026 - 21:59 UTC 16 Jul, 2026).
Based on bullet 2. does that mean we get a second free pull when Capano Ricky Debut tomorrow, from Capano Ricky Debut to when the ticket resets (22:00 UTC 16 Jul, 2026 - 14:59 UTC 17 Jul, 2026)?
What can I expect tomorrow, Scenario 1 or Scenario 2?
Scenario 1: I get 1 free pull tomorrow, and I have to choose between pulling on Bamboo Memory or Capano Ricky.
Scenario 2: I get 1 free pull tomorrow on Bamboo Memory before her banners end. And, I get another 1 free pull on Capano Ricky when she debuts.

I notice that there's a Twitch Campaign ongoing for Umamusume. However, it appears to be for the Chinese version of the game.
Is it possible for global server/global player to join the campaign and get the rewards on the global server?
Or is this just for players/account in the Chinese server?
