I have my flight scheduled on sunday July 12th. Should I change it to earlier on July 9 instead? How often does rescheduled happen due to such things? Does anyone know whats the extent of severity of typhoons in taiwan?

I'm traveling to HKG and the flight arrives at 7 p.m. I want to book another flight to Chonqing which leaves at 9 p.m. is 2 hours enough for immigration and transfer? If its not I'm thinking to travel to shenzhen and take a flight at 11 p.m. from there. Whats the easiest way to get to shenzhen airport from Hong Kong airport?
