Starting work experience and want to be the best I can. What makes a good work placement student?
I’ll be doing work experience in the residential and commercial side of things for a month. I’m very eager to learn but I know I don’t know much. I’d like to be helpful and avoid being a burden as much as possible. I also want to maximise my learning.
What are some tips or qualities of a good work experience student? Even apprentices because that’s the next step.
Is there anything I should practice or prepare for?
Also open to hearing what makes a bad apprentice/work experience person so I can avoid that.
