Hundreds of applications, 2 phone screens. What am I doing wrong?
Looking for feedback on my resume. I’m in South Carolina, have about 3 years of recruiting/HR experience, and am finishing my MBA in 8 weeks.
I’m trying to move from recruiting into broader HR roles but have had very little success getting interviews despite applying consistently.
What would you change about my resume, and what roles would you target with my experience?
