It's really impressive the way Nordic countries operate and top all the charts for living conditions.
But How they manage free expensive college education and expensive health treatments for free?
Lot of US capitalist companies move to Ireland or low tax havens countries. How they businessman in those countries find success with high taxation?
Education : - Free education till 18 - 50% scholarship for economically backward class students for bachelor degree
Healthcare - Free first aid, checkups and basic medicines - Free ambulance - Affordable subsidies on expensive medicines
Public transport Affordable and efficient Train, buses, metro.
Housing and Land
- There are three basic needs for humans. Food, Shelter, Clothing. A common man can make a compromise in food and clothing, but he is struggling to build his own Shelter. Our main goal is to make housing affordable to a common man.
- Limitations on buying multiple houses. An 18+ adult can only buy one house. (If a capitalist wanted to invest and hoard a house he has to buy it in the name of his wife or other family members.)
- If a family have 4 adults and 4 houses by their names, and if a person unfortunately passed away, they have to sell any of 1 house within a year.
- A foreigner can't buy a house which pumps up the housing market.
- Foreigners can only buy land for business
If a person already owns land just for investment tax it based on the current market price. So people will stop hoarding the land and give it to young businessmen or people who wanna build a home
Income tax: (based on usa) $ 0-15k - 8% 15-30k - 12% 30-60k - 18% 60-120k - 24% 120-240k - 28% 240-480k - 32% 480 - 960k - 36% 960k+ : 40%
This will be a very strict system in which we won't give them any loophole to dodge the taxes. We will collect every dime of that 40%. Plus which gives a reason to increase the minimum wage. Lower the work hours.
My grandfather was the most honorable and smartest businessman I've ever seen. But he was not rich. Just made enough to live comfortably. Cause he had morals and principles to provide quality to naive customers and take care of the employees.
I sell cheap/unhealthy product. Cause people wanna save money and prefer taste>health. But I am very transparent about the products and they still buy it. Subconsciously thinking that this product is tasty means it's the best in the market.
If you have morals, principles, emotions and sympathy, you will never make any money in the capitalist society. That's why al these millionaires and billionaires looks like robot.
Customer is a sheep for them. They pray on your lack of knowledge, weakness and problems. Cause ordinary people get desperate especially when they're down.
In a perfect world, an expert had to guide his community instead of taking advantage of them. Cause 50% people are naive. Government has to create policies to help them instead of running fraudulent paid studies to approve unhealthy products.
Humans have 3 basic needs. Food, Clothing, Shelter. People don't hoard lot of food cause it has an expiration date. Clothing is affordable for working class.
But a billionaire buying 10 mansions + thousands of acres of land is causing 'shelter's problem for Proletariats.
What's the best way to make housing more affordable in capitalism?

Stop foreign investors invading real estate market?
Some sort of Tax for capitalist hoarding the land?
A society as strong as their leaders.
Even though capitalism is greedy and trap the proletarians in the matrix, they do have leaders with skill and expertise.
How communist can make sure the leader is skilled, disciplined and loyal?
Steps:
Ignore the 'telegram tippers' and morons
find and shortlist the 4-5 stocks before the market opens
No getting greedy.
don't get desperate if can find the signal. Not making money is better than losing money.
only risk 2.5%
just accept the fact that I am going to lose money in some trades and it's part of trading
Get out once I hit my target
