Can try to build a community in town, Good people are everywhere.
Ofc will split the bill or have cover charges.
Would be happy to know opinions of others too.
I run an agency & trying to hire people here, the fact is market standard based skill sets are lacking in candidates here even though many don't even have Linkedin here + their resumes are as plain as paper.
I am up to hire a good human who is ready to get trained and looking for the future as a remote world. I stayed in multiple cities back to MBD my hometown as I believe this hometown has that rooted charm & remote culture is something evident.

Will prefer better humans, no qualification bar. Open to train them.
