Can somebody confirm im worried. The bottom right of my dino ribs looks plastic like. Im assuming its silver skin as the meat retracts?
Will 1 rack (3 bones) be enough for 4 people?
I will be doing Dino ribs for the first time this coming weekend. Seems straight forward but do you all have any tips and advice?
