Hey, I'm SO SO SO excited rn, I've not long finished building the Gang stronghold kit, so sick! But I haven't ever actually painted terrain before, I've got the munitorum containers too, all of it is built but not painted. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions or tips on painting terrain? Cos in my head I've got 2 ideas rn

1- spray it all red (or some other fun colour that's not dingy and dark), dry brush some kinda Brownnfor chipping then dry brush a bit of silver over it to make it look like deeper scratches in the paint.

2- Spray it brown, then dry brush silver, then water down some brown, use it like a wash, then do the same again with some orange. Then dry brush it all again with silver.

Idk which I'd prefer tho, colourful terrain, or rusty?

I'm trying to get my Ironheads painted up first though, then I'll move on to the terrain :D

So I have played with this army before, and I think they're awesome. Love how they feel. Only had 2 game with them though, this is my entire list at the moment. I'm not the most competitive, but I like the blunderbusses (cos they're awesome) and I got some if the bull centaurs for Christmas, and after building and painting them, they've grown on me so much I wanted to reinforce the unit. Now I'm here :D

Also, what battle tactics are ideal? I always have no clue what to choose. I don't have the general handbook, my friend does, so don't usually see them until the day we play and then I just wanna pick stuff and try get a game going ASAP, so if anyone is knowledgeable enough to suggest what kinda battle tactics would suit this army best, I'd love to hear it, I wanna give my friend good games, rather than fumbling my way through everything hahaha
