Slack free tier changes?
So my company has used Slack as a free tier for years. Just today everyone was blocked from sending messages with this alert:
Your team isn’t able to send messages right now. Review any apps or webhooks that may be sending a high-volume of messages. Learn more about message limits.
We don't have many apps (because we can't as a free tier). We can't find any logs or notices anywhere as the account owner to give us any actual details. We've sent a support message asking for help / clarification and haven't heard anything yet.
We are a free tier so I know we have that going against us. But has anyone seen any changes in enforcement of free limitations or how you even get an answer as to what is wrong?
