We did the 9 day trek to choquequirao and machupicchu with sam travel. Our guide Henry was amazing. He coordinated all our hikes to the last detail. He was flexible and chill when the weather didnt cooperate and he managed to make the most grueling and demanding hikes fun. This was the trip of a lifetime to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. Our master chef Lucio whipped the most amazing meals in all our very remote camps. He even made my husband a delicious cake on his birthday!! Our horseman Moisés, transported all of our gear and set up each campsite. We are forever grateful to this great team from Sam Travel for making this a memorable experience for us.
