Have this knot at work and will need to recreate.
It is 2 separate ropes that are joined together. The use is a bungee cable trampoline, the end pictured goes to a winch cable attached by a carabiner. The other ends split off through 2 pulleys and attach to the person jumping.

I tried fiddling around with some spare rope to create something similar. I don’t know what to call it, but I tied an overhand knot on a bight, but doubled it on a bight again? A double overhand knot? ( not sure the name)

Gladly appreciate help identifying and how to tie!
