Hi everyone! I wanted to post partially just to get it off my chest and see if there’s anybody out there like me. (And maybe get some tips) I used to fly a lot and be very comfortable flying, but an unfortunate trip a few years ago made me terrified to fly. I’m leaving for Hawaii Saturday morning and I’m so scared.
I logically know I’m panicking due trauma from said trip but I can’t seem to get over it. If anyone has any tips for a situation like this I would love it. Thank you
