After years of trying, finally got a Derm position offer.
I was wondering if this is a decent contract.
150k base, 25% net receivable quarterly.
I need to generate at least 150 K net receivable quarterly before I see anything above my usual salary.
I really don’t have any idea how much a derm PA would generate.
What concerns me is that there’s 120 day requirement if I am to leave the practice or there’s a $ penalty.
